2013 Insight Meditation Society, Barre, Massachusetts – Two talks by Jesse Maceo Vega-Frey

Getting Beneath The Flood Of Fabrication  explores our practice as an attempt to ground the awareness of reality, instead of getting lost in the realm of fantasy that we tend to think of, as our lives. Being a Companion to the Margins of Our Minds explores how and why to bring kindness and interest to our relationship with the parts of ourselves that are the hardest for us to connect with.
