How to book the retreat

Enrolments for the retreat for those living in Italy will be taken between 23 June and 3 July and, should the number of requests exceed the number of places, we will resort to a lottery to assign places. However, in order to facilitate travel arrangements etc. for those who are not resident in Italy, a limited number of places (max. 10) may be reserved in advance.

Remember to specify the dates of the retreat and the name of the teacher on the bank order.

To complete the enrolment process, send a fax of the receipt of the deposit payment to 0039 + 06.812.0138.

This must arrive by 22 June when booking will open for those resident in Italy.

Cost of the retreat

Full-board, €240 - €300 depending on the no. of people in a room.

(These are last year’s prices so are still provisional but they should not vary substantially). Plus the €150.00 deposit which includes the teachers’ dana and the A.Me.Co.’s administrative expenses.

Cancellation fees

In the case of cancellation up to one month before the start of the retreat (July 23) there is a full reimbursement of the deposit minus bank charges incurred in returning the deposit and a €10.00 administrative fee. After this date, the deposit is forfeited and is placed in the Retreatant Support Fund.

The retreat centre

The centre is situated in a forest area of natural beauty at an altitude of about 300-400 metres.

It is 'spartan' in terms of the facilities – none of the rooms have a private bathroom and most of them sleep 4 – 6 people. Participants must supply their own sheets and towels but the A.Me.Co will provide mats and cushions for participants from abroad.

How to get there

It is very difficult to arrive by public transport so the A.Me.Co will try to organize rides for people coming from abroad.

Registration is from 16:00 to 18:00 so arrange to be in Rome by 14:00 at the latest if you need a ride to the centre.

If you decide to book the retreat and will be arriving by car, directions will be sent later.

The retreat closes with lunch on the Sunday.
